Self motivation...

what your mind can conceive is what you can achieve :) sometimes internal fear happens. Like, what if i fail, what if this venture fails, what if ... , so many what ifs, but because of all this negative thinking at the end of the day, many people gave up when they have not even tried. Don't you think its really sad that people gave up their dreamS not because they do not have the ability but because of the word "fear"?
To me the biggest step towards success is, banish away the fear and start working. I know its not easy because these fear always come, but hey, remember, its only when you start working on your dream, you can only see your dreams becoming reality, would you want to regret trying or regret not trying. Do not surrender to fear!

sometimes when i really feel lost, god sent angels to aid me.

Im not getting complacent but i just felt lucky.

I know could not always hope for angels but thankfully without me asking it came.

My work , mind, direction, everything is so fully occupied that sometimes i do not know where to start, lol.

Luckily there are mentors, but still, having confidence is very important. Motivating the spirit in me.

Phew, flying in less than 2 weeks, makes me feel even more stressful as i have not even accomplished my first task which is due end of next week. My mind is in a state of confusion, its like a jumbled ball of thread, im not backing down of course as its not an option. To success i know i need a very clear and calm mind, i will work on it , no, i must work on it and have it.

face the reality and work for it. by sitting there and staring at the wall will not bring you any miracles to happen.

My lil holiday on Friday is spent programming away, luckily i got to snuggle in the bed with baby today till late morning.

Baby and me when for the Times sale yesterday at EXPO, got some nice little motivation bookmarks and a new book for self learning.

Baby said this to me: "Babyy, why not you too get a book to read, although i know that you are sooo always busy"

I said "I no need a book, because i already got a very fantastic book with me all along, don't you know?"

Baby replied "When did you ever got this book, how come I don't know?"

I said "See (Pointing at Baby), you are my living book, sin ce you love to read and you have so much time time to read at NS, like always, you read, digest, summarize and then tell me the jest of it, haha then i got the best info out of the book!"

had a 6 hours deliberation yesterday, and its really sux as im totally drained off. arghs!!!! so many meetings this and next week, oh god.

and you know what another angel came, im gonna meet up with Manoj Sharma, which is a world class organization strategist, in case you do not know him, simply google his name, whoots, another rare opportunity for me to learn, thanks SPRING for the arrangement =D

side note, plan change me and baby will be flying to Japan, Tokyo instead of Shanghai, tics book, both of us are really excited for this business trip and of course the fun there =D

Like usual, it kinda difficult for me to wake up early on Sunday although its a working day but i tend to sleep a lil later. Today was different, meeting up with Rosemary, Eileen & a few others + IAN!!!!
it was a super long discussion like say 5.5 hours.

It was very fun, we went around Marina Square, looking at other people shops and Ian evaluate different perspective of businesses to me. Its somehow like apprentice ... hahaha. Thereafter we went to Ian's new $400 000 business venue whereby i got to know more about him and his brilliant team.

We got thru another round of sharing information time, this time round, a trueful, clear and direct discusssion.

The qns is:

Would you jump into an opportunity when a VC says he's going pump in $xxxxxx amount of money to you/your business ?

OR

You would take a steb back, evaluate and then decide whether or not to take on it?

TRUST ME, IF THIS DAY IS GONNA HAPPEN TO YOU, you may simply think like, is this real? am i dreaming? can such thing really happen?

Im in a state of being overjoyed, so grateful and glad that i have tears in my eyes, tears of happiness which words could not describe how am i feeling now.

And coming Tuesday, i will be pitching my presentation at the Esplanade meeting room, with 5 board of shareholders & directors!

I am excited , confident but still always in this mode of "am i dreaming"

This signifies that my journey towards success had propelled 100, 1000 times faster than i can imagine, and the qns is, will this really happen?

Today, one of the "angels" called me, I am thrilled because they remembered me.

Faith.

Maybe its faith.

Rosemary called me today, and have invited me over to their Sunday morning company meeting this week for a presentation. I am honored and very happy to be part of their meeting because its a rare chance to be so close to even more "angels" / mentors.

And IAN will be there too, whom he is a venture capitalist in which he spent 2 hours of his time "testing" me out. Hearing his name, already started giving me butterflies in my stomach. Phew!

Peh baby will not be going with him as he's stuck with his development on hand and yepyep i have finished my 1st part of the web development, after reviving from my rusty programming skills.

In life, when such arrangements just come, you come to wonder, to think and to thank no one but only god.

I am blessed by god, and I thank god for sending angels to guide me along and give me advices.

I am very blessed to meet people, whom i don't know, strangers, however these strangers whom i call angels enlightened me and taught me business tactics. We are strangers but only the 1st time we met, they share their personal experiences with me.

I am lucky and thankful because in my life, if i had not met them, i may not have the small little success i have now. My journey is still very long, and its my fortune to be able to meet them.

To these angels i am nothing to them, maybe just a trespasser, but to me, they are people that i need most, mentors.

I am grateful to them, they make think that what they had done was effortless but to me it was priceless.

Having is business is like running a marathon, it goes on and on, 1 yr, 5 yrs, 10 yrs and even till the day you leave this world.

today, i am once again enlightened, and i am very glad to have embarked on this journey, i know the road ahead is challenging and yet fulfilling.

And last but not least, i am very proud to be one of the grant recipients, thank you to all the people that loved me and trusted me and the angels out there.

not sure if im using the flu bug as an excuse to work a little less hard or maybe im getting complacent which i should not.

my interview with RazorTV got me 3 new deals which im at the midst of closing them & now being tied up with loads of work.

and baby peh peh had been treating me real well and thank god he is always by my side to give the support i need.

Apart from this, im planning for my business trip to shanghai somewhere in Q2 / Q3 of 2009 which i will be there to do lotsa business planning and operation surveying.

My appointments are packed next week from conference to meetings to presentation, well this seems to be a good sign despite the recession period.

so im gonna work harder and not slag any more or maybe im just self paranoid.

yesterday's discussion was brought froward to today due to the overloaded of work to be completed.

phew~ im glad that we got a clear milestone now and setting our targets. I would say the next few months will be another tough battle to fight as im officially going to work my ass off from 8am - 8pm daily from Mon-Fri, Sun while sat is my R&R day. Weirdly, im really so looking forward to this as im so excited about the new web layout, designs & features.

Mr Peh Peh reminded me that we live to work not work to live. I enjoyed my job so much that its a hobby. erm... am i self deluding? haha but whatever it is, this is the time.

And BEST THING OF ALL, i will be part of Mr Peh Peh's programming tac team, meaning i get to learn php codings from scratch blablabla, so there are really lots of stuff for me learn and look forward too.

Nevertheless, not forgetting our Q2-Q3 of 2009 major project is gonna take off thus by then another huge amt of work is coming. However, i am still very glad that i got the gov support on this and i will be having a professional for my consultations in case i need it.

so tomorrow, the first day of 8am -8pm work.

BTW i just signed a contract with an ADs co, sweet! i got to meet nice ppl and they are oh-so sales driven, I LIKE IT! They will be drafting an exclusive contract for us and they will be our sole ad agent. sounds good to me and Peh Peh =D

Valentines day =)

Well, this year Valentines day, i gave baby a surprise. Tics to "Breakout" on 13th Feb =) its all well planned and i managed to bluff him all the way to esplanade and i told him that we are having our dinner date there. and my dumbdumb baby actually believed me.

and he is really happy as he wanted to watch it previously but was unable to get the tics.

Although its kinda last min plan, surprisingly we got the best view as its a center seat on the foyer. =D

and baby's mini surprise for me was simple but yet im touched."Heart shape ba kwa" you know NS guy have like so little time, lol. But still, its the daily thoughts that really counts!

its been really long since i have updated my blog. life is still very occupied with many tasks and projects.

And guess what, i am being headhuntered by another company to work for them, its really very happy to know that they like and appreciate my talent. Met up the 2 directors last week at a lounge and i am really honored that although i am still very "green" in this line they are still very keen to work with me as a business partner than an employee.

And, i am waiting for some good news from channel U , fingers cross =D

Life is pretty boring for me nowdays, as in work + movie + eat + sleep thats it. But well, nothing comes easy, and to have sucess there is a price to pay.

Reading through my past posts, i realize i had been ranting all about work and all.

i wonder am i really that busy? hmm... all i know is , the moment i wake up, there are tons of work to do.

Imagine working from morning 9am to midnight 3am yesterday.

Maybe no one could feel how busy and tired i am. SO i always look forward to weekends whereby i only work half day on both sat and sun. But coming weekends will also be burnt off due to our private Christmas sale we are holding.

Although, i can say that i haven really rest well for the past 5 months, but hard work will somehow pay off and its now paying it BACK TO ME. sales hit the highest record this month! When the cheques come, it just tells me that ELFAINE TAN YOU BETTER WORK EVEN HARDER FOR MORE MOOLAHS.

People always ask me, is it worth it to spend so much time & effort, blah blah blah... . .. ... ...

yes of course i feel that its worth it, put the monetary gains aside, how many startups get to appear on newspaper, how many young adults at the age 20 get to be interviewed, to me its already an achievement. simply do a google search, and you get to see soo many people are writing about us, talking about us, linking to us etc. this is already an acheievement to us & we are really proud of it.

Then, they will asked me the next crucial question, when are going to uni? why don;t go uni?
Actually i think that going to uni- purpose is - to get a cert - then to get a good job. Frankly, i am giving myself only 1 freakin year to prove myself that all my efforts pay off, if not i will jolly well put everything down and go for uni.

AH!!!! 12 days of block leave just flew pass like that. However the 12 days are all very well spent with baby!

Baby got posted to SISPEC and yep, more training and confinement but well we have got no choice for this.

My boy had been treating me like a big baby for the past 2 weeks and had been pampering me so much=D i really miss his company now.

Mum was like shouting so loud and she is even more excited than me, lol. The SPH editor informed me yesterday but outlook was failing on me so did not got the message.

Darling's photo was not there as when the photographer came for shooting, darling was still in camp. But nevertheless, his name was mentioned!

Im quite happy although its just small medium sized column but still to me its a great achievement!

Gonna work harder now, yes many members contacted us via msn saying they saw the article and they was shock that i am only 19 going to 20! Also another business opportunity came and the company wants to meet me tomorrow for discussion.

Baby darling book out on Thursday, 18.40pm. When I saw him I am like so shocked cos he slimed down alot alot alot. To give him a lil surprise I cooked all his favorite food , brought his favorite drink and his favourite desert to him and waited patiently for him at pasir ris. Im so god damn happy when I see him.

He insisted taking the photos, aw....

He was indeed so happy and he gobbled all the food the moment we reach home =) Then I brought him to watch movie, and we bought super lots of snacks.

lol, he eat till super bloated... hahahahaha =D I really love pampering him!

I also passed him the samsung mp3 i bought for him and he is very happy too =D

Then we went home, lovey dovey and fall asleep together.

Friday

Normal working day for me, got up as usual and I was working and baby was sleeping soundly on the sofa. He slept till about 5 plus then we went to Bugis together to get Fr3b's stuff.

AGAIN, pampering session starts.
We had pepper lunch for dinner, and I added cheese and egg for him =D
Then J.co chocolate ice cream-1 scoop, and 4 super crazily sinful donuts.
There's more, 1 cup of blueberry and mango yogurt, and 1 strawberry peach yogurt drink. we are like super duper full after that =D

Then we went for reading session at kinokuniya and bought 2 books, one for me and the other for baby. Spend $70 on the books.

Saturday,
Slept till quite late and went to Ikea for lunch. And we got 4 wings, 1 nasi padang set, 1 poach salmon, 1 kids meatballs, 1 kids fries & nugget. Then back to work.
Darling just love to get pampered by eating good food =D We worked till pretty late and we went for seafood dinner.

We walked back home together, holding each other's hand and he shared his army experiences with me. I enjoyed listening to them and at that point of time I just hope time could just pause it there. I know I am very fortunate to have him and i really treasure him very very much.

He loves to pinch my face, hug me tightly and lean on my shoulders.

I love it that we rely & depend on each other so much because it made our bond so strong and we know that we are very important to each other =)

Sunday, he is back to camp at 4.15pm. Daddy fetched darling there and the moment he gets off the car i start to get a little emo and trying to hold my tears.

I text darling this "Darling, only 1 min since you left for army and im missing you already. You are just like a drug, so addictive"

baby replied "... .... ... ... .. always a sweetie pie"

I love it when he calls me a sweetie pie , *blush*

6 more days and I will see him again =)

From last friday i have been counting down till today.

I woke up slightly late hoping time will fly even faster and he will call me soon.

I have been sulky & moody because he have not called since morning and i have no appetite for food at all.

happenings for the past few days

1. chionging for a new feature for fr3b.com and its officially launched, =) PHP is no fun at all

2. Treated my parents for a fab dinner at Sushi Teh and brought them for movie money not enough 2. and i see that they enjoyed themselves that day =D

3. baby called me after the 3 days 2 night camp and he said he missed me dearly. yes darling i miss you so much too. yea, early book out for him next week!

4. I bought a samsung mp4 for darling @$99 original price $299

5. bought 2 pairs of flats

I never know DJ job is so fun!

The interview on sunday with shun jie and kelly last Sunday was so interesting.

1st time experience and in the DJ room was like so excited!

Outside the studio room there is also this "ON AIR" notice. so cool!

And during the interview, the sms-es keep coming in ok, so fun lo, then the DJ will reply the sms-es.

Anyway, I think this is really a very exceptional experience!

ok i also made a new friend which the DJ Kelly, she is so nice can, i just went to her house and she actually shared her experience with me =D

eh i so happy leh, dunnoe why!

ah... suddenly felt emo. I cannot deny im feeling very stress despite everything is going on fine.

sometimes i think im really getting crazy, feeling stress for no reason.

Back to what happened today, there was a delivery schedule today and usually my ah kong will help me attend to the delivery man,lol. But today, i went to attend to the delivery man and guess what , the delivery man is actually the AN ANG MO BOSS which i just spoke to yesterday.

And there i am wearing my cutie t-shirt and jeans, untidy hair, super tak glam ok. He introduced himself and asked me if I were Elfanie, damn. Ok so we chatted like 10 mins and me trying to act & speak professionally despite my unglam attire. Anyway it was a super awkward situation.

Baby booked out on Friday instead of Saturday. So, as im so love sick, i went to fetch baby at Pasir ris.

This time round, he looked even slimmer , tanner and more handsome. lol.

So glad that im able to spend 3 days with him, yes spend alot of moolah too. I brought him to have a feast at changi and also to fulfill his wants, stone grill. Then on Saturday, we had sushi, lobster, soft shell crab and salmon.

Phew~

Baby just booked back to tekong at 9pm, well time will fly off very fast and soon i get to see him again!

Tomorrow is Monday again, meaning time to work hard and do my job. =D

Website settled, but more issues to settle. Feeling quite stressful once again but I need to pull through this.

Another piece of good news is me and baby will be featured in Temasek polytechnic's newsletter etc etc LOL. Thanks to Mr Chung for this. (Target audience 45 000, goodness)I appreciate it very very much.

Baby have yet to call me and i have so many things to tell him. You know, he have been my pillar of support. LOL.

Although it was a stressful day, delivery was smooth today, 24 boxes from J&J and 500pcs from igel.

Phew, tomorrow will be another hectic day.

Baby surprised me on Friday. He called me saying he will only arrive after 2pm but he popped out at 12 instead & made me so happy. He is just so sweet =)

Time flies so so so fast. Just 3 days baby had gone back to the army.

But for the past 3 days, it had been fantastic because im able to see him and cuddle him. Silly baby brought in 8 hp batteries into camp, because he said he want to make sure he could communicate with me every night. =) He's too good to resist!

He had been doting on me so much for the past 3 days, telling me he miss me and how excited he is to be with me. of course, me too. He always made me felt so fortunate with him, the way he tease me the way he make me smile the way he like to buy things for me and the way he rely on me.

He is my best friend, my pal, my bf, my guardian angel and going to be husband in a few years time. LOL. YES only a few hours and i am missing him already. But I know I will not let this affect my work because I will never let both of our hard work and effort go to waste. Baby all I need is your mental support =)

I have been going through a pretty stressful week.

The press interview on Monday was good and it will be soon published on local newspaper.

the rest of the week have been arranging for appointments and have been doing a lot of callings.

Luckily, there is my mum to give me support and help.

SO SUPER HAPPY and shocked =) cheers , the editor wants an ASAP interview with the founders and it will be this coming monday 2.30 at our office.

SPH INTERVIEW with one reporter and one photographer

Me and baby was so damn excited for it because knowing that it will be published on newspaper and SPH online website.

The interview and the photo shoot took about 2 hours plus and he asked many interesting questions and yea, he was stunned by our age, innovation and creation. The photographer tok a number of shots of me and baby with our companies shirt on, i wonder how big will our face be splashed on the newspaper, keke, a small one will make me very happy already. lol

THE FEELING WAS SHIOKNESS! lol

i really can;t wait for the article to published.

And one thing that we are amused was the reporter(From Zaobao(chinese newspaper)) asked if we are contacted by any other main stream reporters like The Straits Time etc LOL, yea we haven we gave our first PRESS interview to him and he said that our articile will be very interesting!!!

seriously i cannot wait for another invitation interview, yes, i know im getting greedyso for this to happen i swear i will work very hard and never give up!!!!!

TIRED is all i could day but the sense of satisfaction is marvelous!

Im really busy, im working out a new proposal for a Japan corp, a logistic fee for a wellness co, 2 long appointments in week with a distributer boss and a Japan director. Planning for events and program line ups. Contest administration, advertisement,

im handling this whole amount of work but im really happy because being busy means business for the company. haha

tomorrow there will be major shifting and there is so much to do yet so little time.

Again its close to 4am and here i am finally finished my work!

Tomorrow I will be having a meeting with 2 companies and i really hope i got this 2 companies deal. lol. side note another big brand will be joining our company too. FANTASTIC!

I will be employing my aunt to help me out and mum would be helping me out too. can't imagine how can i cope without them without bf.

im seriously so packed with work.

Good news that I had clinched a sponsorship from a Japan cosmetic company =D which will actually benefit our members as first its a very popular mid range product second sponsorship includes new products that had not been officially released in sg.

The meeting was a big blast, I spoke to the company's boss, marketing executive, and senior sales exec. Well, as usual they like to shoot me down with lotsa questions but I never backed down. lol

Alot of implementations needs to be implemented and we had more pressing issues to settle. Most likely gonna work with enets or the telcos.

argh! you know tying this blog entry at 4.39am is already killing me as my eyes are like half open.

But well our team is working damn hard but playing hard too.

We had a treat to a movie yesterday and a hefy meal at Cafe cartel.

I am so happy that she called, because she is some big shot in J&J. Anyway im gonna seriously thank god for this. She called me and said the brand under her will be taking part. im so happy that i couldn;t sleep after that despite how tired i am!

I & bf is working every single day now even weekends, im not ranting because i know all its worth while.

yesterday i cannot believe that i actually worked for 16 hours!

We rushing to put everything into place, alot of twigging and fine tuning, crazy with database and testing and finally it is up. Currently, it is still in beta version and alot of work still have to be done.

I really meant alot....

sometimes fear just come to me, fear of meeting the deadlines, full of questioning and fear of failure. but fear is not going to out beat me because i know my mind is determined to see this happen. Keep pushing yourself to the limit and then you will know how high you can fly.

sometimes along the way, i stopped and look back what we had done, I'm pretty amazed by our efforts and determination but we cannot stop. Staying stagnant & not progressing will result to failure!

Well, tomorrow I will be meeting the brand managers and executives, seriously, I am pretty excited and i know I will be as tough as them! I mean, these people are really tough, they shoot questions bluntly straight at your face, no emotions no feelings. Well, i just got to be as tough and show them i am here for a deal not for any nonsense or chit chat session.

I made a very bold decision, putting down the best thing i could encounter in my life, a good work place, flexible timing, great pay, lovely colleagues and lady bosses. I left my job!

I made it because of my dream, our dream. To create something of our own and we knew its never easy.

I had already left my workplace for a week, and the past one week is not EASY. Now the 8th day I finally got a glimpse of deal, and just 8 days i count myself lucky. My efforts and hard work paid off.

I know it is only the start of everything, within a week, me n bf were working like mad, fighting like hell, giving each other motivation and the energy to go on. Really, if you never been thru this you will never understand how hard it is.

Working for our dreams is not easy but i know as long as i try, try very very hard i will live with no regrets.

Everyone can choose not to belief what I am doing now, but my mind, our mind is clear of our goal and the massive impact of this project. Giving up is just an easy way out, the journey to success is always difficult but once you can overcome it, nothing beats you down.

The story of every business start ups i read are always very aspiring, because of the decision they made in the past, they are what they are today.

We are creating our dreams right now, the decision we make today will have an impact to us in future

Work have been good, the NYP project under my management was still going on smoothly ever since boss pass the project to me.

I seriously do not know where to start blogging from as its like i have tons of things to blog about.
about work, company, driving etc etc.

argh!!! im seriously pretty tied up these few weeks except today i can just rest n relax as im waiting for some news whether the meeting was a success or not.

Im very very excited for the results but anyway be it success or not at least we had tried. that is what i have been telling myself ever since the registration. my tummy is aching now due to the nervous - ness . ARGH~~~~~~ whatever $ i spend on this i know its worth it =D

Appointment with advertiser

Today i had a very important appointment meeting with one of the advertisers which i liased with them just yesterday. Yesterday while i was over the phone, i was so nervous and anxious which i thought an appointment with them should be better.

As this is the first time I am working with company's directly which is way up to their directors I am super duper stressed. I worked out the proposal and boss was super nice as he said i could name any price I want! goodness sake! I thought about it seriously and finally decided the price.

Drafting a proposal was not simple at all, with the skills learned in TP I was still not equipped with the necessary skills. Done lots of research and looked through sample drafts. And finally I had got it done up =D

Brought up the proposal to Boss and Lady boss to seek for their advises. Surprising not much amendments =D

So took a taxi down and met them in their office. Proposed my proposal and TA-DA i got the DEAL =D

Though its not a huge 4 digit deal but still its an accomplishment.

Happy!!!!

Work was good. i get to travel around with the GM and get to meet people of higher status. i had been to too many places which i couldn;t recall all ... like st james powerhouse, east view sec, unity sec, maris stella high school, SMU, Nanyang poly, New hotel near airport etc etc.

I also got to meet the Taiwan regional sales manager which i told him how much i would wanna go Taiwan. hehe.

I also got to be engaged in an engineering project with Nanyang poly professors and china univerysity interns. Its a great exposure i would say! Nevertheless marketing the new system to the students after the project have been completed. We are really rushing for time now as deadline is in April =( Gosh meeting was a long 3.5 hours phew~

Then im working on several other gateways which is taking up most of my time.

And best of all my newly chosen laptop had finally arrived =D cool yea!!! so happy that company is treating me quite well =D Lady boss told me my tables and chairs will only arrive in April so have to bear with it first =D and i have start giving out my namecards which i felt awkward =p

First day of work

First day of work was fab! it started with baby's encouragement. thats so sweet of him =D

So when i arrived at the office, i was the first few who arrived, thus got to mingle with the warehouse workers. Then came the boss, lady boss & GM

its was a very fun day, super fun. my day was spent going around Singapore with the GM to meet principles of secondary school. Its an eye opening experience as i got to speak with people of higher posts.

Then had lunch with GM and he shared all his life experience with me =D

after that we went back to the office and i was so surprised that boss had actually went out during lunch to buy nice tables and chairs for me. and i will be sitting just beside the managers desk. GOSH~ then he came and asked me if i would like to have a laptop or desktop and i was shocked and i humbly say anything was ok but he said he wants me to decide and thus i decided to have a laptop. Immediately he called dell and ordered a brand new one for me. feeling so great man,

then he informed me my namecard will be ready next week . he also asked me to take my driving license asap cos company will be providing a car after i got my license.. whoots

First time ever, i had gone through a full phase interview.

first with IKEA- Some team leader position
interview time was aprox 2 hours 15 mins and 3 INTERVIEWERS
Its tough i would say but its very interesting to speak with Collin as he is really fun & loving.
got to speak to the managing boss of ikea, tougher but i believe i gone thru it well, lastly with HR manager.

At first they told me that the interview results will only be released over the weekends but guess what in a few hours day, i received a call from the HR manager and they offered me a position. Pay wise was alil lesser then expected but IKEA is a fantastic environment to work in.

2nd Hu*********** - sales & marketing executive
interviewing time was rather short, 2 interviewers, Good job prospect, GOODIE pay =D , a number of benefits like claims, transport allowance, HP allowance etc. Love this job scope
and YES on the spot he offered me the position =D Boss and GM are very nice ppl =D

3rd Pant**** - sales executives
another 2.5 hours of interview, 2 interviewers, 3 rounds of interview , a lil tough job, not the prospects that i want. very tough interview, interviewer which is the sales director is known for his cranky interview questions and yet YES he on the spot gave me an offer. acceptable pay but not the job scope i like.

KL and Tioman back packing trip with darling baby

This is one of my most enjoyable trip despite the place we went are only Malaysia.

However the fun thing is, catching for buses, hurrying, booking for bus tickets cos we had got NOTHING booked before hand only the bus tickets to mersing.
accommodation and all the rest of the route trips are really based on our luck, lol, but of course we did our research. =D

we found cheap yet okok hostels for both of us. its like only 32 rm for a private bedroom for both of us, so its only about 14 sing, super cheap =D we are so relaxed that we both fell asleep on the nets beside the nice tioman clear blue beach. lol. then we even went to bar to chill, super relaxed. and lastly of course indulge in seafood which was baby's favorite.

enjoyed the trip so much despite the 2 big mosquito bites.

Time flies so fast at the start of the year, me and baby where still happily waiting for our 4th trip to thailand however cancelled due to baby's OSIP to shanghai, as for me , missing him like mad, flew over to shanghai and stayed for 3 weeks with him, then when im back, its time to get back to school. Had school for about 1.5 months, flew over to Vietnam for my OSIP and stayed for 2 months, made fabulous friends & exchanged contacts. Then after a couple of months working hard for MP , TA-DA baby is back with his MAJOR surprise pop up while i was sleeping. Thats a BIBIBIGBIG surprise =D Then had great holidays for 1.5 months, school reopened, term test and now term break.

hitting my 20 in 2008, a scary number but yet it yields the unstoppable.

i wonder what will i pursue after my diploma, seriously even though i thought of this tons of times, fixed out my thoughts but after some time, i would reconsider again and again. argh!!!

seriously i need more money generating stuff, had 2 simple goals to achieve when i graduate,
one is me and baby's commitment the other is a .... will say it if im able to hit it. lol

Had an early Christmas celebration at my fav aunt's place =D

as usual, every year we would have some great gathering coupled with gift exchanging session, bbq, log cakes and ice creams. hang around and start gossiping with all the aunts and uncles.

This year Christmas presents was COOL cos my mum told them what i like and i have got my fav mascara and foundation, tee-heee and a billabong makeup pouch.... and as this year baby got invited to join in the fun he received very nice tops too...

and all my cousins are getting taller and as brainy as ever, =D

Black hair, finally... and new bangs

been staying over baby's place like for some time as its holiday season, hijacking his room and making a great mess in his room, lol, gonna work on our tag-team prog for $$$ =D

Online shopping is highly addictive, bought my queen helene mask, cory mineral make up, ELF cosmetics, palantong powder and some eyelash stuff. but they all yet to arrive. bad thing abt online shopping is im like waiting for some donkey years for all the stuff to arrive :P

i had long yearned for a nice meal over Miss Clarity Cafe.

Me and baby headed there despite the awful heavy rain =D

to me its alil overated. As seen from many reviews, we decided to order

Chicken Cordon Bleu
deep fried breaded chicken breast stuffed with ham & cheese, served with spicy alioli sauce

Portion:Medium
Delicous-ness:Chicken meat too tough, otherwise its still ok given the amount of cheese and toppings. Did not surprised me by its taste which ppl are raving about, average taste. Value for money for a meal at a cafe.

oven-baked chicken thigh stuffed with fresh shitake mushroom, drenched with mushroom sauce.

Portion:Small
Delicous-ness: mushrooms are generously stuffed in the chicken meat, however, the chicken meat was not so fabulous, again, its average. Slightly not worth your $ if you are looking at a huge portion.
